Aan het begin van 1998 , Willi Humpert nam het beheer als de vierde generatie van de familie bedrijf over , dat werd opgericht in 1918 . In de jaren die volgden werd het bedrijf met succes geherstructureerd en krijgt een strategische richting voor de toekomst. In het proces van de kernactiviteiten van buis componenten en oppervlakte afwerking technologie werden in overeenstemming gebracht met de eisen van de markt. Op dit moment met goed opgeleide arbeidskrachten van circa. 150 mensen in verschillende fabrieken, leveren verschillende industrieën.
Partner van de fietsindustrie
Vanaf het allereerste activiteiten van de onderneming , waren geconcentreerd op de ontwikkeling en productie van hoge kwaliteit onderdelen fiets, met bijzondere nadruk op het stuur. In de loop van de geschiedenis van het bedrijf is een belangrijke rol weggelegd als fabrikant van onderdelen voor de fietsindustrie. Vandaag de dag Humpert , produceert en distribueert enkele miljoenen sturen per jaar. Naast een scala aan fietssturen, worden ook onderdelen in het Verre Oosten ( exclusief ontwikkeld door het bedrijf zelf) geproduceerd en geïmporteerd.
Innovatie en kwaliteit-denken Innovatief denken is de drijvende kracht achter zowel de productontwikkeling en productie. Flexibele aanpassing aan de eisen van de klant wordt voorrang gegeven , terwijl productie met moderne machines een hoge kwaliteit van de productie garandeert, zowel groot en klein. Onze kwaliteitszorg is gecertificeerd volgens DIN EN ISO 9001. Naast een milieuzorgsysteem gecertificeerd volgens DIN EN 14001 garandeert ecologisch duurzaam denken en de bijbehorende productieprocessen.
Oppervlakte-afwerking als loonwerk In 1980 begon het bedrijf uit te breiden in zijn oppervlakte afwerking als een tweede poot van de operaties. Vandaag vindt de productie plaats in 3-ploegendiensten , op twee moderne en milieuvriendelijke galvanische bedrijven. Onder leiding van Ralf Humpert is de oppervlakte afwerking divisie strategisch uitgebreid en vandaag de dag vindt succesvolle productie . plaats voor rekening van de auto, verlichting, winkelinrichting en
Huishoudelijke goederen-industrie.
Halffabrikaten van buis onderdelen
De kerndivisies van hulpstukken voor de verwerking en de oppervlakteafwerking worden gebruikt door een scala van klanten uit de automobiel- , verlichting, winkelinrichting, huishoudelijke goederenindustrie voor de productie van halffabrikaten en componenten buis met of zonder galvaniseringsprocessen. On 12th of June in 1981 Jeff Chang-Liaw established Accord Enterprise Corporation which gathers the staffs to operate the exports of bicycle parts and accessories. Fortunately we got a host of customers and won their trust to start the business but, it is hard to maintain the long-term business cooperation if we are lack of passion and sincerity to offer angle-wide service to our customers. Proudly we have to say that our customers are always impressed by what Accord professionally does in Taiwanese cycling industry since, relatively we have been acting our close and friendly relation with most of qualified manufacturers and vendors all the time. Overall lead to the present turnover of Accord increased by years.
Accord owns total 12 employees in the head office of Taipei, which mainly works on any information search related to cycling industry and effectively responds to customers in the shortest time. Whatsoever, it plays the expert role of consolidating any consignments to assure the quality of commercials which are purchased for customers satisfactorily accepted.
Commended by head office in Taiwan, there are 5 staffs working in Shengzeng branch. Why this office started was because Accord sensitively observed the trends even the policy of Taiwanese investment in southern China since twenty years ago. It widens and deepens Accord’s service net to customers while the staffs always seek the products as well as get the offer more and more competitive from either Taiwanese or Chinese invested manufacturers in recent years.
Without speaking of Vietnam, tracing the whole developing trends Accord noticed that Vietnam is going to be a global cycle industrial center in the coming future. Sharply Accord came to the conclusion to invest the related industry in Vietnam and believe that soon we are possible to control the pulse of such cycle profession in every respect.
